Operation

1. Create an account

   To be able to geolocate a mobile, you need to create an account. To do this you must enter the number of the cell phone you want to locate, then your email address. Your email address will remain confidential and will only allow you to receive the password that will allow you to connect to your customer area.

2. Subscribe to our offer

   You will then be directed to the payment page. Payment is secure and is made by credit card. In order to take advantage of our offer you benefit from a 3-day trial offer at only 1$. If you do not cancel, your subscription will be automatically renewed, with tacit renewal, for a payment of 49.90$ every month. This subscription is non-binding and can be cancelled at any time. 3. Finalization of the localization request

   You will then be asked to indicate the reason for the location:
   - locate a lost/stolen phone or
   - locate a person from their phone.

4. Perform the location

   If your phone is lost or stolen, you will access the online help section which will guide you step by step. You also benefit from a telephone assistance (toll-free number, accessible 7/7 days from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, one hour per month per user). In case of a request to locate a person, you will access a page asking you to fill in the number of the phone you wish to locate. Your phone number will also be requested so that we can send you the result of the location. It will not be communicated. You can choose to make an anonymous location request or, to increase your chances of a positive result, you can also enter your first and last name in the fields provided.

5. Location result

   In accordance with the legislation and the recommendations of the Privacy Shield, geolocation can only be communicated with the agreement of the person concerned. The person you wish to locate will therefore receive an SMS asking him/her to accept the location request by clicking on a link. For the service to be rendered, the person to be geolocated must be connected to the Internet and have activated the location parameters on his cell phone. You will receive the result immediately by SMS. The return is done via a mapping system that will position the cell phone within a radius of a few meters. The map is adapted to allow you to zoom in or display street names.

6. Make a new geolocation request
